Earth Alchemy Collective (EAC) was founded with the intention of honoring plant medicine and entheogens as sacraments and sacred tools that awaken us to our potential, guide us toward wholeness, and connect us to the greater consciousness.
Earth Alchemy Collective, Inc.
How is this Legal?
In the United States, the law protects the right to gather in spiritual community and to practice religion freely. For those of us walking the path of plant medicine and holistic healing, this framework allows us to honor these sacraments with reverence, safety, and integrity.
Creating a church in this context does not mean dogma, hierarchy, or exclusion. It means establishing a sacred, legally recognized container—one that protects our practices, honors plant medicines as sacrament, and affirms our right to gather in community devoted to healing, transformation, and communion with the Divine.
This church is not about rules or separation—it is about remembrance. It is about claiming the language and structure that allow us to walk this path openly, responsibly, and in alignment with both Spirit and law. It is about creating a space where seekers, visionaries, and healers can come together in devotion to nature, to inner wisdom, and to collective evolution.
Mission:
To catalyze transformational shifts in human potential through ancient and modern holistic wellness practices, sacred community, and devotional partnership with nature as a sacrament.
Vision:
To create a world where humanity is deeply connected to nature, guided by inner wisdom, and living in alignment with our highest potential.
Statement of Beliefs:
WE BELIEVE that all plants and fungi are divine sacraments from Creation / God / Divine Source of all life.
WE BELIEVE that, contrary to popular belief, the sacramental use of plant medicines is not harmful to individuals or society. On the contrary, when held with reverence and intention, they are profound allies for healing, expanding consciousness, and supporting our spiritual evolution.
WE BELIEVE that every human being carries the innate potential for self-realization, unconditional love, and wholeness within themselves. Plant medicines serve as mirrors by reflecting our divine essence. They awaken us to our potential, guide us toward wholeness, and connect us to the greater consciousness.
WE BELIEVE that the ceremonial use of these sacraments is a sacred path (never recreational or exploitative) but intentional and reverent through ritual, guidance, and integration.
WE BELIEVE that all of life is sacred. Every action and decision we make is held with intention, honoring the sacrifices of the land, the animals, the elements, and the unseen forces that sustain life.
WE BELIEVE knowledge is a sacred medicine. Through education, advocacy, and shared wisdom, we empower individuals to walk this path with clarity, reverence, and sovereignty.
WE BELIEVE that the sacramental use of plant medicine teaches us and empowers us to become more in tune with Mother Nature. Through reverence and mindful communion with these medicines, we remember our place within the web of life, awaken a deeper reverence for the Earth, and remember the sacred reciprocity that sustains all beings.
WE BELIEVE that healing happens in relationship. Sacred community provides the container where we remember our wholeness, where we are seen, supported, and witnessed on the path of transformation.
“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
- Marianne Williamson
Our Core Values
Curiosity
We meet every experience with openness and wonder, welcoming all parts of ourselves—even those we may have hidden or resisted. In this gentle exploration, we create space for healing, integration, and deeper self-compassion.
Connection
Healing happens in relationship. We are wired for connection, and in sacred community we remember that we do not walk this path alone. We hold space for one another with presence, reverence, and love.
We believe each individual is their own best healer. Plant medicines remind us of our innate wisdom and help us reclaim our power. Our role is to support others in finding sovereignty and making choices that align with their Highest Self.
Empowerment
Every step of this journey is held with sacredness and intention. We honor commitments, act in alignment with our values, and approach each process and person with respect, presence, and care.
Integrity
Consent & Care
We honor boundaries, confidentiality, and choice. Participation in any practice or conversation is always voluntary. We respect personal pace and honor when someone chooses to share—or not share—their story.
Trauma-Informed
We move at the speed of safety, understanding that healing is not linear. All parts of you are welcome here, and no one is ever pushed beyond their readiness. Facilitators are trained to recognize signs of overwhelm and to offer grounding, supportive care.
Non-Proselytizing
We share from lived experience, not persuasion. We honor each person’s path and do not pressure anyone to adopt our practices, beliefs, or sacramental use. Our role is to witness and share, not to convert.
Reciprocity
We give as we receive—time, presence, resources, and respect for the land and lineages that make our work possible. Members are encouraged to contribute in ways that feel aligned: through service, stewardship, creativity, or offerings of gratitude.
Community Guidelines
Ethics & Safety
Trained Leadership:
All sacramental work is facilitated by leaders who have undergone training in safety, ethics, and integration practices. No ceremony is conducted without oversight and preparation.
Not a Substitute for Medical Care:
EAC does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical or mental health care. We encourage members to consult licensed professionals for medical needs and to disclose relevant conditions during screening.
Informed & Voluntary Participation:
All practices are grounded in consent. Members are fully informed about the nature of ceremonies, potential effects of sacraments, and integration expectations before choosing to participate.
Alignment With Laws:
We uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency in alignment with our recognition as a religious body. Sacraments are used only within defined religious ceremonies by members of EAC.
