Alchemy & The Philosophy of Transformation

Alchemy isn’t just the ancient science of turning lead into gold: it’s a blueprint for personal transformation.

Life itself is an alchemical process. Just as metals are transformed by fire and pressure into something new, we are shaped by the challenges, emotions, and experiences we go through.

Every challenge, loss, and transition contains the raw material for awakening. Inner Alchemy creates the ceremonial container where those experiences can be transformed into wisdom, wholeness, and purpose.

Our ancient plant spirits assist us in this process by bringing hidden aspects of ourselves into the light. With support and integration, the density, stagnation, and blocks are transformed into insight, strength, and creative potential. This is the heart of alchemy: turning what once weighed you down into the wisdom that carries you forward.

The Ancient Philosophy of Ceremony

Ceremony marks the threshold between who you are and who you are becoming.

Today, we instinctively create ceremonies. We celebrate birthdays, graduations, weddings, and funerals because something deep within us understands that transformation deserves to be witnessed.

Throughout human history, our ancestors understood this. Birth. Death. Marriage. Harvest. The changing of the seasons. These sacred moments were never treated as ordinary events. They were honored because they represented an irreversible transformation of the soul.

Ceremony speaks to the oldest parts of ourselves: the unconscious, symbolic, and mythic layers of the psyche that existed long before language or logic.

It bypasses the analytical mind and communicates through image, feeling, sensation, archetype, ritual, and direct experience. These are the languages our ancestors understood. They are the languages of dreams, myths, and the natural world.

In ceremony, we remember that the world is alive…that plants are teachers, water is alive, mountains are elders, and Spirit moves through all things. Rather than seeing ourselves as separate observers, we begin to experience ourselves as participants in a living, intelligent universe.

It awakens something ancient that has always existed within us.

My work as a medicine woman is to help reanimate the world and bring back the magic of ceremony. Through my work, I help people reconnect with Source, their ancient & intuitive knowing, and the living nature of everything.

Through ceremony, we step outside of the limitations of the inorganic world and time. We step into organic time and experience the infinite. We reconnect with our light bodies and remember our connection to all things. We begin to realize that everything is sacred, and that all of life is ceremony.

The plants are our allies in this process, as they are living intelligences that have walked beside humanity for thousands of years. They carry the intelligence of what is real, natural, organic, and sacred, helping us dissolve the distortions, conditioning, and illusions that have obscured our true nature.

  • Inner Alchemy is a private, full-dose plant medicine experience guided in a safe, sacred, and trauma-informed container. It’s designed for those ready to move through deep healing, spiritual expansion, and identity evolution.

  • I work with psilocybin-containing mushrooms (a legal, safe, and time-honored entheogen in supported ceremonial settings).

    Depending on your intention and background, functional mushrooms, cacao, breathwork, or other herbal allies may also be woven into your experience to support your body, nervous system, and clarity.

  • Not at all. This container is perfect for both first-timers and those who’ve journeyed before but want a more supported, intentional experience. I offer preparation and integration coaching so you feel safe, grounded, and fully guided before, during, and after the ceremony.

  • Ceremonies are held in a private, peaceful space in Florida (exact location shared upon booking). You’ll be held in a setting designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and deep spiritual work. If you are unable to travel, please reach out and we can explore alternate options.

  • You may not feel ready—and that’s okay. But if something deep in your soul is whispering “It’s time,” that’s worth listening to. This program is for those who are ready to meet themselves with courage, compassion, and curiosity. You don’t need to be “healed” or have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to show up fully for yourself.

  • Pricing varies depending on the format (solo or duo). The investment includes all preparation, ceremony, and integration support. Payment plans are available, and I’m happy to work with you to make this accessible if it’s the right fit.

  • You’ll receive a Preparation Call, customized intention setting guide, and pre-ceremony practices to begin connecting with your body, energy, and nervous system. We’ll clarify your goals, explore your emotional landscape, and set a strong foundation for your journey.

  • The full Inner Alchemy experience includes:

        •    1 prep session (75 minutes)

        •    1 full-day guided ceremony (6–8 hours)

        •    2 integration calls (60 minutes each)

    You’ll also receive Telegram support (private messaging) in between sessions for any questions or support you need.

  • This is where the true alchemy begins. You’ll receive two integration sessions, practices to support nervous system regulation, creative tools to process your insights, and coaching to bring your revelations into embodied action. Integration is what transforms insights into real change.

  • Yes. Certain medications (like SSRIs, antipsychotics, and MAOIs), as well as some mental health diagnoses, may require additional assessment or make you ineligible at this time. I’ll guide you through a thorough intake process to make sure this is a safe and aligned choice for your system.

  • While the legal status of psychedelics varies depending on location, our program operates within legal and ethical frameworks to ensure your safety and well-being. We're committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for your journey.

    Our safety is our top priority. Our facilitators are CPR and first aid certified, ensuring that you're in capable hands throughout your journey. Additionally, we can seek medical clearance for anyone on medication, providing an extra layer of safety and support.

  • Yes. I offer private duo ceremonies for aligned individuals wanting to journey together. This can be especially powerful for couples, creative collaborators, or close friends. Each person receives personalized prep and integration support.
